    Well, some people are not prude, some are exhibitionists (and as I voyeur, I do thank those) and take pleasure knowing ppl are watching. Also, it feels that "exploiting" has a bad connotation to it. She seems pretty aware of it, and pretty fine with it. The thing that freed them is when they realized that they could lock the door and not be walked in by Markus (which I'm not sure how we are sure he's her brother)

    100% agree, which is the reason I don't watch her or all the other chickens in the project (except for a certain red perverted one at a time). This is also why I don't understand ppl coming here for "porn" (especially given the price). Less interactions than onlyfans. Less feedback than camgirls. Video quality is lower than pornhub, angles are awful, no action, no direction, and don't get me started on dialogs. This is worst quality than the worst indian gonzo on xhamster.

    Well, that's what I got from the conversation of 2 pissed off girls cursing talking at the same time, so that might not be accurate. That being said, there was the slightest hint of anything being taken.

    No they have communication issues. It was a long "you said, I said" "NO you said and I said" conversation because they had not agreed on a proper schedule and one seemed to wait on the other while the other seemed to have made it clear what she was up to. So basically they both talked but failed to communicate. Oh and the trashes has not been taken downstairs.

    The issue is that she would probably pose as a "normal" girl. That's why (at least here in France) landlords ask for so many infos and financial data, to be sure that they won't be too fucked. It feels like she would have a hard time providing documents that would satisfy most french landlords. She would then have to turn toward the shaddier ones. Or if she's UA rather than RU, she could win over with the sympathy card. Now, I can't be a landlord because I wouldn't trust anyone with my property 😛

    Well, I randomly saw her on various websites related to 3D for a while, which spiked my curiosity on why she would be doing that for. Not what you're usual RLC tenant do. My current assumption is that she's following some kind of online course, maybe in animation or 3D modelling and if so, given Unreal Engine, most likely videogame oriented. I also wonder if she's not working on a summer project.

    I was more inclined toward "motion reference for videogame cutscene", given that she works on unreal engine almost every day.

    Usually in analytics a visit is considered as a "session". Not a RLC session, but a browser session (IE, you open a tab, go to the website and the session runs until you close the tab or the session timeout due to your inactivity). Similarweb, the source of those datas does may not have access to the real datas from RLC (requires some form of partnership). At worst I suppose that they are using some magic formulas (maybe number of searchs to traffic based on some empirical values).

    It would be so interesting indeed. I tried to guesstimate a range, but that's really hard to do as we don't have any kind of numbers to help (except nb of apt and nb of tenants). Noldus posts monthly statistics to sites of interest, but those are not real numbers, just estimations that can be off by 10 to 300% depending on many factors. That being said, RLC is around 15 millions visits/month. So, takin in account the inaccuracy, retention, etc, I'd guess that they have hundred of thousands subscribers, but no idea if they are at 100's or near the million.

    I'll trust you on the tats, I didn't watch enough to see any. I would agree that it could be relevant if we did not see so many of the tenants tatooing from their place (like her would be brother, for example). I'm not sure that they are as rigorous as a tatoo parlor. Also, given that mom was fine with daughter being on cam on RLC... she may have given the authorization anyway.

    They don't. They had sex twice in total I believe. Most of the time they are just cuddling.

    Oh, on the whole I do agree that it's probably best for both parties to "stay away" from one another. Especially when we saw last posts from Masha... I still believe that it would be best if that rule was written again, but that's just me nitpicking.

    That seems a bit harsh. Katarina should rename to KatarinaFC as she has the same position than some dead chicken. At least Medusa does something (more or less always the same thing, but then I don't masturbate 20 different ways either, always more or less the same).

    Well, that's one think I'm thankful to Masha indeed, she brought Medusa. I kinda prefered her when she was at Masha, playing hard to catch than now as exposed meat but when you get lemons...
