If this place is another First Models Apt no doubt Kenneth and AN other will turn up soon.I thought they might have had a flat warming party though with Sunny Markus, etc, etc. 

I guess she is on a red week cos the guy she was outside with on the hammock was trying his hardest and her legs were wide apart but nothing happened.Lyla being Lyla wouldn't normally turn down the opportunity. 

Katia been having some activity with the bearded hairy guy,she's a cute one but unfortunately also a phone addict.

Things will probably quieten down a bit as Montana has Aunt Flo visiting. 

They were more exciting visiting Sunny, Markus etc. Just wish they would use the bedroom where the cams setup is superior to the living room.

Hi Jabs,not a snowballs chance in hell.Sergio is not a guy I ever watched I just don't like him however armed with what you guys and especially Groomy have to say about him I get the impression that he is a law unto himself and probably has friends in high places(in VH).If it's true that he doesn't pay any fines incurred,has caused lost viewing time with his/their behaviour and fake ISP problems etc then he is gonna do as he pleases.I just wish some of his close friends would point out to him that at this moment in time him and Teresa are an embarrassment to watch and of zero entertainment and all they are doing is restricting the legitimate tenant of this place from getting on with her VH life.When I watch this place in the future it definitely will not be this pair I'll be focusing on.

There are a a couple of differences as far as I'm concerned:

Benjamin's Apt/Scott is simply a drop in centre for any youngster looking for a good time and it doesn't really matter who's name is on the place or who's actually running it

Katia's name is on her Apt for her specifically not a couple who according to VH"left the project"to then return as guests and effectively take over the place.Two completely different scenarios Moos. 

I take your point that in the name of consistency yes I should be complaining about the Benjamin place as well but the bottom line is I don't really care about it and don't really watch it.

I sent a ticket to support to complain about S&T basically taking over Katia's Apt. The reply I received was that Katia is away for a day and will return soon and S&T will leave this realm on Friday. They also said a new couple will be coming today.

If I continued to park my car in prohibited areas, incurred numerous fines and didn't pay them then serious action against me would take place.VH are being made to look a bit unprofessional in this area having their fining policy thrown back in their face.Maybe I'm missing the point. 😕

They turn off the apartment every day for fight. What's the point for VHTV? Rather, the sun will turn into a Red Giant and burn earth than Sergio will pay these fines. The last interesting thing in this apartment was in spring. And with those people Sergio and GF in war.

If Sergio and Teresa are guests why do they have to pay fines?Surely as guests Is it not easier to ban

them for good.?

Good morning Rob, confused. Com here😄 I was really just agreeing with you pal, although Katia's name is on the Apt. S&T are playing silly buggers supposedly leaving the project and then moving back in AND taking the bedroom,their arses should be on the sofa.Certainly, not knowing Katia's personal circumstances she's maybe perfectly happy with the arrangement. As for the Benjamin remark it's a similar setup with him, his name on the Apt and other people living there.Hope that's cleared that up(but probably hasn't😄👍)
