    I am a landlord, 88 times over. I know it can be difficult trying to get quality repairs done in a timely manner but I do what it takes to get the job done. I can't rent apartments with bad utilities. Someone whose name I won't mention said he doesn't feel sorry for the girls poor living conditions because they are paid to put on lame erotic shows or words to that affect. It's hard to write "diplomatic" when you have to read that kind of post. I'm not here to stir up a hornets nest by any means and I'm not being a smart ass.
