    One of the disadvantages of being new here is that I'm not up on all the rules yet. Like the one that must state that because girls are paid to put out some lame erotic shows and paintings they have no entitlement to basic creature comforts such as heat and hot water.

    So youknow what I'm talking about. I'm glad. I have 7 buildings with a total of 88 units and there isn't a single apartment that the Governor of Texas wouldn't be comfortable living in because I care about them being top grade apartments. That costs money but it's worth it.

    Yes RLC is good at saving on expenses. Like totally inadequate heating so the girls freeze all winter. Outdated electric service so fuses and breakers are tripping constantly. Water heaters way too small so that girls have to heat water on the stove and carry it upstairs to the tub. I could go on and on but I think you can see how RLC is saving on expenses. It's a sore subject for me because I own a number of apartment buildings and maintenance and remodeling and upgrades that cost big money are how I have waiting lists to get expensive apartments in my buildings. I'm a firm believer in "You have to spend money to make money".

    I know this is off topic but I wish RLC would spend some of their money to make badly needed repairs in the Barcelona apartments. I feel sorry for those girls

    I can't cclaim to be a fan of any of them yet because I've never observed them but I'm looking forward to it.     I don't see any names I recognize so you guys must not follow the Girls on Vacation apartments at all. I wish I hadn't wasted so much time there. I hope you all don't mind a newcomer barging in on you.😊 When you say most of the people her tonight have known each other for quite a while are you referring to the residents of the apartment or yourselves?

    This is my first visit here so I hope nobody minds if I as a question now and then. I'm going to read back a ways so hopefully some of my questions will be answered in your past posts. I've been wasting my time in Barcelona the past month but no more. Time to find some new apartments that at least show some kind of life for a voyeur. I hope this is one of them.

    Well I'm going to take a quick look in on B4 and then leave Barcelona and head for Russia. I don't even waste my time on B2 or B3.

    OK. I must have read wrong but even if it is her first time how has RLC let her stay this long when others like Elvira are gone after a month or a little longer. I know Elvira isn't gone yet but she is all packed up and I'm just waiting for the ax to fall on her.

    How in God's name does someone like that score 110+ days in RLC? And to make it worse isn't this her 2nd or 3rd time here? You would think RLC would have learned the first couple times

    I don't know a single one of the names you just mentioned so I can't compare Sera to them. I just know she is pretty worthless. In 30 days I haven't seen her even bate. Does she know how? Has this girl even ever had an orgasm?

    I just renewed my subscription with RLC but not for these Barcelona apartments. I will still check them out often to see if anything interesting is happening but my focus is going to be on 4 other apartments. From the time difference I think they are all in Russia so most of what I watch will have to be on replay. It sucks but there's nothing I can do about it. I really had hopes for the Girls on Vacation but with a few exceptions they have let me down.

    Supper is done, dishes in the dishwasher, just opened my first Corona of the night and logged into RLC and the forum. Sera and Ginger both in their own beds and you guys haven't posted anything at all so I assume it was another dead night.
