To me it does not really matter one way or the other. I don't know any Tenants on a Personal Level  so it really makes no difference what happens. Some make stupid choices and sometimes those choices come with consequences.  If it may happen then sucks to be them.

That has an easy solution, all tenants who enter the project before must be taught how not to make mistakes that can lead to bad consequences. It is not so difficult if they insist on it.

 invite friends but trusted friends and never people you don't know well,I would repeat that to them several times.

that monkey entered babi's room without her permission, closed door should not be entered without permission. The monkeys do not understand that so it is not smart to invite them to a party.

If a girl goes to sleep it is a sign that the party is over and the monkey must leave the house.
