That would depend on how co-dependent I was. I've been in that situation with my first wife and opted to stay for a variety of reasons. Granted, there's fewer mirrors available to open floorspace here, but that can be worked around. Paul doesn't satisfy her. He's never satisfied her. Leora leaving Russia has been referred to as "RLC reasons." That's misleading, I believe. Russia shut down RLC (and probaby other porn sites within its borders). Leora, being the obsessive exhibitionist that she is, left Russia and moved to another RLC apartment in Prague. Paul didn't come for reasons I'm not aware of. That was in the summer of 2019, if memory serves. Around December of that year, Paul paid a short visit, then went home. In early 2020, Malia came to visit. COVID hit and she became stuck here. I don't know where the idea originated, but Leora and Malia began pretending to be friends with benefits.
