Yes!! Okay. First thing I would ask is what Operating System are you using? If you are using XP or if your .Net is not up to date, that could be your problem. Here is a post from Anonim asking about that...as well as Lisa's reply. http://camcaps.net/random-discussion/chatbox/msg4269/#msg4269 As she says, her next version will be web-based...meaning all you have to do is use your browser. That might solve your problem.
