The California politicians have nothing better to do these days---this is on our November 6 ballot

Yes/No Statement. A YES vote on this measure means: The Legislature, with a two-thirds vote, could change daylight saving time if the change is allowed by the federal government. Absent any legislative change, California would maintain its current daylight saving time period (early March to early November).

I voted YES on NO.

(But that was before I voted NO on YES.)

We need Daylight Saving Time, when the children go to school it would be to dark in the morning without DST

I'm hoping one of our Alaska members will chime in. There is not enough daylight to save by the time they get to the Winter Solstice.

I say, change the hours of operation for affected businesses, set the clock ahead or behind by one-half hour, and leave the damn clock there all year round.
