I have a used a Cray II that I picked up at a yard sale, but to save desk space and cut down my electric bill, I now use a standard desktop. scutus Posted December 26, 2018 Share Posted December 26, 2018 Because it is very convenient to have a system to post on CC's, and also be able to watch RLC ( primarily Leora ) at the same time. I run two separate desk top systems with the computers being below the desktop. This leaves ample room on the desk top for monitors. Was using two 23" monitors.
