Audio Crossing 2 User Accounts?

You have to bring up Task Manager.  Likely the previous Browser Session didn't completely close properly.  In the Task Manager you have to end the Browser Process Manually and also check if Adobe Flash is in the Process List that would have to be ended as well.   I have had that happen a few times and then after those processes have ended the sound from the previous session will stop.

It shouldn't because changing User Accounts usually kills the processes the previous user had been using.

I was watching VHTV on one account, I switched to the other account and I could still hear the VHTV audio. There was nothing to see,  it I cuss hear it. That’s messed up.

Strange things happen every once in awhile.  Computers are not quite perfected yet.
