When I switch to the other account, I can still hear the audio from VHTV. What the actual fuck is going on? How can one account have access to the other account? You have to bring up Task Manager. Likely the previous Browser Session didn't completely close properly.  In the Task Manager you have to end the Browser Process Manually and also check if Adobe Flash is in the Process List that would have to be ended as well.  I have had that happen a few times and then after those processes have ended the sound from the previous session will stop. If I switch users, whatever the other user was doing shouldn’t be coming through the other user account, right? It shouldn't because changing User Accounts usually kills the processes the previous user had been using.

There was nothing to see,  it I cuss hear it. That’s messed up. Strange things happen every once in awhile. Computers are not quite perfected yet.
