What's with the weekly spam?

Over the last few weeks, I (and I assume lots of people) have been followed by new people that, curiosity oblige, when you look at their profile, you see

"Hey dear check also my homemade video you should to like this - <url>"

Maybe something should be added so that people cannot follow until they have 10 posts or something..

Weekly.   It's an almost daily thing where these girls make Accounts and then suddenly follow everyone they possibly can just to promote a Link to a Website so they can try and Scam Money from everyone they possibly can.

Their like Flies. You kill One Account Off and another 3 move in to take that persons place.
