  1. Hello friends, I know I was not super active in the forums, but I've been reading quite regularly for the last couple of years. I've decided to delete everything VHTV from my shortcuts... This "new" trend just isn't doing it for me. Which trend? The one where you come to VHTV to watch tenants perform on Chaturbate or MFC or wherever the fuck they're streaming to. I might as well skip the middle man and just go straight to Chaturbate and such if that's what I'm into (which it isn't...). I know some people are quite happy with how things are (otherwise there would be no paying members, which would lead to the site shutting down), but that's not for me. So, it was nice chatting with you guys from time to time. You're an interesting bunch. But I'm out. R.
  2. So I've seen her masturbate on a regular basis... I even found a couple of online videos with 2 hour long fingering sessions.. yet, it didn't appear she came... did anyone ever see her cum ?
  3. I've just realized why neither RLC or VH can never become a true voyeur site now. And that came after a conversation with some close friends (who were not familiar with either site, but I showed them...) They asked, "Given the opportunity, would you join either of those site? And why or why not?" I didn't have to think very long: No! And for a very simple reason. I would not want us to be associated or compared with the rest of the rooms. We definitely would not be a good fit with the rest of the crowd, so we would not associate, for fear or being somehow pushed to become like "them" either by being convinced by managers, or by simply blending in slowly but surely. The problem really comes down to offer and demand. And despite the handful of people that would like voyeur apartments, the majority does not, otherwise both those sites would have to shut down due to lack of funds. So the demand really is for "cam stars" and chaturbate, and wanking/fingering 3 inches from the cameras, and sex parties and all that.. People are asking for fake voyeur, and they're getting what they're asking for. It has been said in one of the forum before that (going from memory here, I could be wrong, but you'll get the idea) some "in charge" person I think from VHTV basically said that they're making money with the site as-is, there's no need to change anything. Any now, RLC seems to have adopted a model where they lock all the cams for non-paying members, with the unlocking of some random empty room from time to time, and VHTV has adopted the idea that the more rooms they have, the more customers they will attract. And lately, I have a feeling they have some staff hanging out at MFC and CB and bringing people over to their project from there. That way, they can still cam and keep that income, and by doing it on VHTV premises, VHTV benefits from that secondary income. The cam people still get their same original cam income, and now they can add a little bonus via VHTV, and obviously VHTV get their cut from that. It's not a bad idea when you think about it. I mean, it's still garbage from my point of view, but some like it..
  4. I can't remember who it was now (that was a long time ago) but we were approached to join a "group of like minded people", basically one pimp on top cashing in, and a few cammers like wife and I using their platform to stream. We politely declined after looking at their site for less than 2 minutes. From what I recall, it looked like all those other sites (Cam4, chaturbate, etc), where all of a sudden, we had to live naked, or near naked at all time, and provide daily performances. That's not who we were. Sure, there was a fair bit of nudity (because that's how we live our day to day life, cams or not), but there was no "guaranteed minimum" of anything. There were times when there was probably nothing going on for a couple of days, besides a couple living their usual life, going to work during the day, coming home, doing the normal house stuff people do (cleaning, cooking, laundry). Now, like I said before, we had our few dozen regulars, and we had other people coming in and out and probably never returning because we were not their cup of tea, and that's quite alright. We just refused to become "one of them". When we decided to shut down it wasn't because of a lack of interest, but rather, we bought a house in a small town where internet was shitty at best, so there's no way we would have been able to stream with that. (think the old dialup speeds). I think the key thing is, we offered who we were, we didn't cater to everybody's needs and wants, we didn't change or adjust anything we did in our life because of the cameras. And to be honest, when we started that, we didn't expect much.. we thought we'd get a couple of people popping in here and there, but we never thought we'd have people staying on for hours at a time, watching us have our life. That was quite special. And because of the crowd we attracted, our forums and chatrooms were always very respectful. If someone got out of line, we didn't have to do anything, other viewers would jump at their throat. 🙂 Oh the good days....
  5. Yeah, you're probably not wrong about that... And you know, I was thinking, back in the days when we had webcams in our house (a true voyeur experience, nothing staged or faked), we actually didn't advertise, so we were quite hard to find.. so it went word of mouth really.. We were not in it for the money, so we didn't care about having thousands of viewers... we were quite happy with the few dozens of regulars. One of them became my best man when we got married. 🙂 But yeah... either there are some nice sites not being advertised, or nobody is interested in taking the abuse that comes with having such a site for free... LOL! Edit: I just had a look at the wayback machine, and our site was archived back then, but sadly no pictures available...
  6. Great, now they name apartments with name of potato chips (Lays Pringles).. No clue what they look like, but I've got the munchies now..
  7. Just had a look at that site.. it's quite similar to MFC/Chaturbate in the sense that it's free, and tip based... I like the search/filter option, that's quite neat... I'm a bit confused tho... There's dozens of cams from Ukraine... That's a bit weird, considering the current situation... Edit: I just did about a dozen spot checks... they're all on Chaturbate... so different front end, but same streams..
  8. @dougiestyle4u Regarding the "true real life voyeurism" note... If you go through forums (either this one, or VH's own or other similar ones) go through the various comments, and you'll read over and over again viewers whining that participants aren't having sex 24/7, with a proper camera angle, with sufficient group sex to satisfy the viewing pleasures... As a result of this, offer and demand thing I guess, VHTV has become either a fuckfest where you'll either find multiple-some (3some, 4some, and more), random couple having sex while looking at their cell phones, or just laying there, with their pussy exposed, doing absolutely fuck all... Welcome to the new voyeurism style. There is nothing "voyeur" left on here.. If you want to see people fake-fuck, might as well go on MFC or Cam4... there's tons of that already, and each month that goes by, VHTV is getting closer and closer to that, based on the comments I read, or the odd times I go look at the free cams. (There ain't no way I'm paying for the shit I can get for free on the above mentioned sites). Now, give me real voyeur sites, and I'll happily pull out my credit card and enter a new line item on my budget just for it. Not worried, this isn't happening anytime soon.
  9. Does anyone know the band she's watching/listening to ?
  10. I was only there a couple of times.. that's a horrible "forum" software they're using. It sucks, it's disorganized, it's nearly impossible to find anything. Therefore, I'm not going back there. I'm not surprised of the response you got. I could have predicted it even without going there. I'm actually rarely on vhtv anyway. I found a few decent sources of "leaked" videos, so I don't have to spent 300 hours looking at boredom to find a 5 minutes of entertainment.
  11. You should offer your services for recruiting tenants that will stick around... Oh wait.. I shouldn't blame the tenants. Not their fault VHTV sucks... or is it... All kidding aside, as long as they make money, they have no incentive to improve more than they are (if at all). And since it still sucks after all those years, it obviously fulfills enough people's desires to stay in business, therefore taking away the need to change anything.
