VHTV Videos can only be placed as Attachments. We have an agreement worked out with VHTV that none of their Videos are placed on Third Party Hosts for Download so we have to follow the guidelines that are set in the agreement we have.. If an Uploader wants to get a VHTV Video they'll have to go to Hotscopes directly to Download the Video or subscribe to VHTV and obtain the Video from their Library Vault which has over 70,000 Videos. 1
