You can share videos, they just don't stay up very long because of the DMCA.  They are pretty efficient at getting copyrighted materials removed from the internet.  You pretty much have to log in daily if you want to see any of the posted content.  They only stay up approximately 24 hours.

You are correct, it is the DMCA who issues the take down notice to the
host server, but it is RLC who tells the DMCA to do that. And, thankfully,
mab hosted videos usually stay up for three days, using a free mab
account.

Mab.to likely gets tons of DMCA Notices but they likely figure since the file expires in 72 Hours after it's posted it's not worth the bother for something that gets automatically removed. On Zippyshare they act as soon as they get the order since their files do not automatically erase.

My thought was, since RLC knows they get automatically deleted on mab,
they don't even bother issuing DMCA notices. Save themselves some time,
work and money.
