There are video converters that will let you change the fps as you convert. By convert, I mean from mp4 to mp4, just so you can change the fps. Check these out.

i record with nimbus screenshot, it works fine up to 4k but i guess it also depends on your computer and what speed connection on your internet

I use Screencapturer on Mac. Good (RecordSoundDriver for microphone, internal not via the sound of your speakers)

I also have Monosnap but I've never used it.

Handbrake, for making some changes (Size, file type, ...).

All are free.

You can find others free or not.

Now, I use Catalina as MacOs (10.15.x) and a 4-5 years old Powerbook.

J'ai aussi Monosnap mais je ne l'ai jamais utilisé.

Handbrake, pour effectuer certaines modifications (Taille, type de fichier, ...).

Tous sont gratuits.

Vous pouvez en trouver d'autres gratuitement ou non.

I'm afraid I'm not a Mac user and know nothing of the OS or software. I know very little about QuickTime, as I've only used it a few times years ago to play mov videos. I didn't even know it could record until Leora-Fan mentioned it a few days ago.

I had read some weeks ago, that it had been deprecated and discontinued and just posted what I found on Google.
