The eyes, with the make up, do look a bit similar.

But Nora's got a slightly cleft chin, which I think adds a bit more character and helps shape her face. The Nora look- a-likes I've seen posted don't quite have this distinctive feature.

I don't think there's any similarity worth noting. Sorry. Taylor's just a porn star that elicits erections with a script, and Nora is just a regular real gal who just naturally attracts empathy.
