You should probably send an email to RLC reporting this problem. From what I've heard, they are much better about listening to subscribers and correcting things than they were a year ago. See Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 It is not an actual fault, it's a feature. The question is what amount of light the camera switches to the daylight mode. In the daylight mode, quality is worse, but the colors will be included. Others want colors with worse quality, while others appreciate black and white video with better quality.
