Any way there is a lot of gossip/theories on the other threads about if RLC is going down the pan and that residents are on a go slow due to possible lower payments + bonuses made to them. I added a hypothetical question that if RLC did go turtle up would VH-TV be interested in taking on any residents from RLC and what ones would they have.

You'd think VH would want the top tenants if that would happen, and that would be Masha, Leora and Martina for me.

But who knows? As you say, hypothetical. But there's no doubt RLC is a pretty bad way right now.
