I don't think it's a lack of willpower, so why just talk about it (or why talk about moving in together in Georgia)? It is clear that there are more complex problems as to why they cannot see each other and perhaps we do not know. What if shit head Putin attacks other former communist countries then moving to Georgia for instance would not be a smart move.
