Im just guessing here..but, the way she is touching her tummy is the same way my Wife touched hers when she was pregnant. Or she just has gas and wants her tummy to play nice.

I know she eats so she is not in a serious condition yet but every time I see her look in a mirror she checks herself for fat. She looks to see if there are any lumps or bumps! She wants (and has) a completely flat stomach and makes sure by checking every day!
