That sorry son of a bitch had better not be planning on taking electricity from my state. With as stupidly as the people of California run their state they deserve to have the whole state suffer one massive electric black out. Earlier this week California passed legislation to eliminate gas and diesel powered vehicles in California by 2035, and then today the governor requested Californians to not charge the batteries of their electric vehicles because of an electric power shortage.
