Who makes this stuff up? Only an uninformed idiot would believe any of it. 

I've always thought it would be a good idea 💡 to let the car 🚗 warm up before accelerating, but since I live in Miami it doesn't get cold enough to have to warm up the cars

I have the Ford 3.5 EcoBoost in both of my daily driver vehicles. Smooth, powerful and delivering phenomenal fuel mileage.
