No wonder when there are 850 people a day moving into Florida. Higher home prices are the result of the economic laws of supply and demand. When the demand for homes becomes greater than the supply prices go up.

If there was global warming there would not be 7 feet of snow or more move in off the lake all at once. That's enough snow that usually falls for the whole winter season. :biggrin:
