Putin hatte bereits hohe Truppenkontingente und Material für angebliche "Manöver" an das Grenzgebiet der Ukraine in Stellung gebracht - als Trump noch als Golf spielender Freizeit-Präsident im Amt war. Das ist Faktum. Putin brauchte eben Jahre Zeit um den Ukraine-Überfall intensiv und generalstabsmäßig bis ins kleinste Detail vorzubereiten.
