(I must have a "real-life" because all my local lakes dried up and I didn't get a fishing license. Squirrels don't fish, anyway.) The same thing was discovered about L&P and M&S's apartments, and there were plenty of threads about that mystery. I think it's logical to assume that you are correct. It seems to me that RLC could negotiate a better deal by leasing out multiple apartments, and maintenance would be a lot easier for them if the apartments are in the same locale.
