This unpunished theft has got to stop. The law needs to be enacted that theft of any kind will be prosecuted. Back in the 1960"s when I worked in a grocery store, we watched and apprehended thieves, made them give back the stolen items, and we called the police, who arrested them. As long as we have these left leaning soft on crime Democrats who favor the criminal instead of the victims, this kind of behavior is just going to get worse. 2
