You often get diabetes if you stop exercising but do not change your eating habits (that is in my case ) . Of course, we do not know whether Wolf has diabetes, but we can see that he has stopped exercising as his mass is starting to collapse and he also has a lot of difficulty with the weights in the fitness room, Wolf looks less tough and big than he thinks.

For an active sportsman he eats, drinks and sleeps way too much

I found an owner by following a trace in the Panama Papers, whose database ends with 2010.  From Saint Petersburg, Russia.  The corporation is still active with corporate headquarters in the Levant.  IIRC, the better looking Russian girls were in the Saint Petersburg apartments, which made sense given this owner's principal, very legitimate business.
