(I believe this is good for sixty days.) Before September 30, 2026, Montenegro will announce the ETIAS visa policy for Russian nationals currently residing in Montenegro. The Narva-Ivangorod crossing is open only to pedestrians, with vehicles barred until further notice. The crossing operates daily from 0700 to 1900, and all travelers undergo full customs and profiling checks. The crossing is made by using a bridge across the river that separates the two countries.
