Or, if you are too lazy to do that, don't try to explain something you don't know shit about. It's a Russian tradition for women to do fortune telling on Christmas Eve. There's different ways to do so. The girls were using "egg yolk in the water" then burning something and looking for shades on the wall. Amongst other things. I'm not sure about how fluent is Alisa in spanish. It could make thing much more interesting even outside of the bedroom.
