No-one has an RLC profile, but go to the invoice you got in an email from Segpay or Verotel when you paid your last subscription - the expiry date / renewal date is shown on there, plus a link to cancel auto-renewal if you wamt to.

From what I remember it's not on RLC but you should look at the email message (there should be a link to a provider which takes care of the subscription).

I find this being a dirty trick from RLC to have the subscription renewed automatically ...
