I thought at the time the reference could have meant,

'he left his wife for four months but changed his mind and was now back with her'

just as it could have meant,

'he's left for four months but is for ever changing his mind so he may be back before then'

It could have meant that yes but with poor translation by the OP it could also mean what has been stated.

Would he know that a few weeks ago she was lying in the chair with that singer in the same way as she is now with him? Lacrim got it quickly out what she was but is he that smart ? 😏

that's why I started learning the language, those translation apps are flying in all directions you can't do anything with them, I still suffer from it now because English is not my home language.

I will never understand Karma. I have never known any woman that would put up with a guy that always looks like he spent the night on a park bench. Karma and Chris are not in a relationship otherwise she would not have let two different guys  in the last month or so that she just met  get into her bed and start groping her half the night. I don't know why she doesn't look for a guy  and have a real relationship.
