At this point you've pretty much painted yourself into a corner since your only ally seems to be that other dude, but all is not lost. We still need a mascot here, and since you seem to need the job so badly I offer it to you with all of the privileges it bestows.

Actually, I do have a job for you. Masha needs a "bad press" secretary. Someone to stir shit up when she returns. We both thought it would be a good idea. It seems to work for her.

What you are missing is she doesn't enjoy sex and hasn't to any degree since she gained weight.

Solve that (more exercise w/o losing her breath after 8 reps) and easy on the carbs and she may turn around.  Tibor has given her plenty of encouragement and little love pats that one would think (if you were her) that he finds her hot.  But its evident she lacks self-confidence. It's only been the last 2 months that she walks around topless (probably at the urging of RLC because viewership was falling drastically).

Topless = free rent.
