I don't believe that they talk about it off cam, I bet that they never talk about the project, especially about what to do or don't. 

Once one of her female clients (do to her hair) saw the camera and asked what was that, which she replied saying that it's just a webcam. 

By checking her now and then, to me it seems that she's really living her real life in this. Only because it doesn't seem to have any kind of bonus system in this project. Since we can only watch the replays from the tenants that we already subscribe and even if a major event happens and we either subscribe or swap one of ours subscriptions we don't have access to that scene. So there is no incentive for the tenant to attack new subscribers. XLive does have a donation option, but it's stated that we can't ask anything to the tenant in that message and that message is send to XLife, and then they send to the tenant. If you watch other tenants, you notice that it's very rare to have any shows. That Danaya for example. Many months doing nothing. Only now with a roommate that something, it's happening. Dayana does her shows for her paying subscribers in OF and like Alexandra, she does her streams on CB. So to me XLife is much more closer to real life than RLC.

You mentioned Rachel's friendship with Uly, but she was also friends with Sara and her squad, was even a tenant at the same time as Wolf was and she was just as close to them as she's with Uly. Why it Uly changed her and not Sara?  We even watched Sara there many times, they don't see each other as often because Sara is in another place with her BF. In B4 we only saw Rachel blue balling one or two guys. Rachel even bated much more constantly then she's doing now and once or twice was her recording the bate to a guy.

I can’t speak for the rest of the tenants living in other XLife project countries , I think though that the biggest “ bonus “ they get is having a “ rent free “ apartment . Living in Barcelona without worrying to pay the monthly rental , it is for sure a big thing . It might be that a certain amount of the rent is paid since the cameras are based only in the bedroom or in general in limited places in an apartment so , it might be not the full rent like the RLC apartments but a different “ deal “ . 
 

Ulyana’s name was mentioned as an example because of the recent visits , of course Sara might have discussed with her previously and might have affected her . But I agree that it is a more “ realistic “ way of living for the people being in the XLife project than with RLC and this way of living gradually makes them feel more comfortable . Still , Danaya had quite an active life when she was with RLC many years ago , Alexandra and Lucian had a more than remarkable stay ( Alexandra now makes online shows ) but nowadays if they make sex 1-2 per month is news 😁 , perhaps the “ cost “ of being married for a long time but they still love eachother. Also “ Fior “ being an XLife now tenant , Dayana and her OF actions as you mention , I don’t think that there’s zero benefit having the apartments even in the “ limited cameras broadcast “ of XLife , maybe different deals for anyone and according to the country they live . 
 

In the end , the biggest idea perhaps behind the XLife project is for the “ creators “ to simply bring on cameras as many people as possible with whatever terms from the tenants and the limited cameras installation ( or webcams ) , the project then expanding and being learnt from more and more people which ultimately “ advertises “ for free RLC , bringing potential new subscribers in that platform and why not , RLC acquiring easier possible RLC future tenants without the need to search for recruitments as current XLife tenants might want to “ jump “ from the Europa league / Copa Sudamericana ( XLife ) to Champions League / Copa Libertadores ( RLC ) 😁😉 .

 

We will see how it develops , I am still though with the 2 free slots I get being a subscriber of RLC and my interest remains the “ crossovers “ seeing in Barcelona and that’s why I have Rachel and Alexandra / Lucian .

From what I got from the conversation that Dayana had with Zabava in the first weeks of XLife is that the site the rent and utilities and nothing more. They don't get any extra money.

Rent and utilities to live nowadays in Barcelona is more than a tremendous deal . A tenant can have a normal job and it is a great way - being clever and knowing how to handle the expenses - to make money .

Completely agree with @ddhm - Have been following Rachel on social media, she has been working a day job while she does her XLife stuff. 

It's like living in a foreign city working and without the need to pay rent (which is almost 30-50% of your monthly expense). Rachel is very clever.

She worked throughout her entire stay in B4 when she resided there ...she cuts and styles hair.

If that is correct you'd expect to see Rachel living somewhere better than a single room in a house sharing bathrooms and kitchens.

When watching awhile ago she told a visitor that she was paying 600 euros per month for the room, I can't recall now but I think the visitor was a former RLC Tenant so no reason to make up a figure and lie about having to pay, It's possible of course that Xlife pay a fixed amount of money to them and they have to pay any extra themselves.

Maybe because XLife doesn't pay for any apartment. I believe that they were already living there when XLife came with the proposal. The tenant is the one the sign the contract with the landlord and has to deposit the collateral. Some streamers in Bali have changed rooms and apartment at their own. 

Maybe they have different agreements with other streamers, but with Day was what I have posted and I still believe that they don't have any kind of bonus system like RLC, only the donation option.
