is this coming from someone that's been there, done that?  being drunk is no excuse and from what i read he was on something much more than alcohol.  if a person can't handle themselves in front of thousands of people, maybe that person shouldn't be in that roll.

Definitely much more than alcohol. Jaw was going like the clappers. Plus don't act that weird on just alcohol.

 i'm not keep riding him on this story. But a lot of times i'm at work, and for some reason, a lot of inmates like to talk to me at work. In a lot of their crimes they tell me I was drinking  And it triggers that started their's crime. alcohol and of course drugs too. But most of these inmates said that they got so drunk, they don't remember what they did. And the most inmates who's tell me this are the ones that rape women.

I remember Radi when she was wasted, she couldn’t keep still there was constant movement and waving her arms and smiling. Last night I saw very similar behaviour from Fior, and it was definitely not caused by alcohol

from what you all are describing, it was definitely more than just alcohol.
