So who could move in? Sharon? Wolfie? Fior? Sara? Tosser & Tez? or someone new?

My theory may be far-fetched but wouldn't B5 be the closest apartment to the train station or airport because Amalia and now Sara who stops at B5 to sleep after or before traveling Free bed 1
