She must have it back in again then. Aziza did something a while back with Cassie's teeth and i thought she had painted them with something but it was actually the brace she made sparkle.

Ok, if that's the case I stand corrected.  I'm Cassie had a brace fitted a few weeks ago certainly looked like one when she was sat close to the camera.

Didn't realise tooth jewellery was a thing 😂
