Run Bingo Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Every apartment is back beside B1. Would imagine the power will return soon. They’re fairly close to B2 which just came back online.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s right. The UM isn’t automatic when the power goes out, it seems. Most of the apartments were just down for an hour, hour and a half before the UM went up. You can see that on the replays. So it seems like UM is something RLC has to turn on and off. They were probably very confused as to what happened this morning and hence the delay.

I don't know much about web design, but it seems that the UM is only an CSS graphic to have something to show us. When the apartment goes UM there is a operator that remotely turns off the apartment's router and puts the warning on the site.
