Money is way much more than what they got , the last male tenants and since Massimo’s departure have been a disappointment to say the least and a mega fiasco , we can rest assured that either both of them ( since the B7 Villa has always been meant for 2 male tenants ) or one of them in Bart’s place , there’s gonna be for sure more fun , drama and unpredictability than what we got to see for over a year in B7 . And for all the male haters , we have met Demian and Isaac as male partners to their respective girlfriends . As single local tenants might be a great success , I think nobody can doubt Massimo’s success , the last local guy there .
