Tim made clear that he doesn't share his woman. But nothing that suggests that Buki can't bring guests.

I would think a simple contact from Buki with his handler at RLC Towers would sort out the rules, of course he may not want to make an enemy in T & m so is happy to play along for now. Wolf appeared to be telling him the do's and don't at Saturday's Party including the opportunity with the girls but due to the music and the conversation being spread over the evening it was painful to keep up.
