On XLife most apts are boring, RLC is heaven comparing to Xlife. There are apts (and I know it, I have seen them all!) where literally nothing is going on, only a few are exceptions. Bringing these apts to Xlife won't change anything at all. 1

Bringing these apts to Xlife won't change anything at all. you're right, actually we don't know exaclty the model on X-Life, maybe tenants are paying their rent and cams & X-Life is just a bonus, so they don't care about empty or boring apts...
