Not sure, maybe just a refund, depends on the rules in France and Spain. I just checked Flight Radar, Fridays flight from BCN to Nice was cancelled as was the return to BCN due to the lack of a plane so the photo was posted 24h later than it was taken. Saturdays Flights all went ahead as normal but that doesn't guarantee you a seat so maybe she will appear early in the morning as the evening flight left at Midnight Spanish time. 1
