I guess she lost the Dance room that she was renting because she didn't have many classes and the Dance School wanted to rent for other teachers. I don't remember all the details. I guess the last painting that Esmi sold was for Kristy and another for Loraine. This was way back, in B1's time. Since then, she had no income besides RLC as far as I know. I know that both a looking for a way to do their income tax return so that they can open a company. I know that Esmi wants to open an online store to sell her art. Zab, I'm not really sure. She doesn't need one to be a Dance teacher, since she will mostly get paid in catch or small transfers.

I know she was in Bali , she was even meeting with Wolf , Bali for all these girls and since they have artistic skills , is paradise ( for the well being ) , professionally and make money is Barcelona for example . I think these girls want really really much but they don’t have the right attitude to succeed . There are other countries in Europe for example ( Germany , Austria , Switzerland ) that you can find jobs and apartments easier , Barcelona though has more “ glamour “ let’s say and “ shiny “ life . In any case , I think it is too much drama with all those girls , there are thousand of examples that they tried to start a new life with zero or with few let’s say but it needs sacrifices . I highly doubt which of all these people would will to go the “ sacrifice “ way . 1

Even Dipshit told Zab that she's "addicted" to this. I even guess this is something that makes him not respect her so much. He even pushed her to buy ads on IG for her dance class, but she didn't want because many people could want to contact her, she wouldn't have the time or the skill. 🤣 1
