Girls from other nationalities will always be the exception, they'd rather leave rooms empty or have the same girls stay for years

RLC mostly hires girls from Russia or Ukraine so they don't have to pay them a lot of money. Recently, they started hiring people from South America such as Dayana. 1

Despite what any Legal Documents might say I bet RLC is still under the control of Ukrainian / Russian Owners and they are also the owners of the Villas. Any European owner making decisions would instantly see the appeal of having European and English speaking Girls as tenants which generally doesn't happen.
