I happened to catch a bit of that and to be fair, if someone is saying (As he was) "I just want to have a shower in peace" and someone else is not leaving and keeps it going (As she was), then he's every right to have a go!

I agree with you, but to stop this endless nonsense then they should both leave. I get that she is the tenant, but it just baffles me why people next to ALWAYS defends Zab whilst she is often the instigator in starting arguments. She's nothing special at all and does very little if I'm honest. 2
