I don’t say that RLC is against hosting for long periods people that the tenants want to be around , but this was obvious help from Zabava to Denis not to pay rental and Esmi hasn’t been justifying her RLC presence at all given this 3rd chance ( maybe also RLC got pissed off of her holidays extension ). I won’t be surprised that the apartment is just getting new tenants and RLC simply isn’t satisfied of the “ apartment’s performance “ ( having two singles living there , hardly ever guests when both have now friends in Barcelona , not serious adult entertainment apart from Zabava but she can’t do all ) . Conclusion , if I had to see and think it overall , I think RLC isn’t happy with what’s going on in this apartment , I don’t think that RLC is giving up the apartment . As far as we know RLC wants to show real life and that is what this apartment was providing. Just like the apartment above was shut down by RLC, I believe that this one will be too. But only time will tell.

I don’t doubt that this apartment has been fully “ real life “ , I find it one of the most originals and definitely , I can’t think of as a reason for RLC to give it up . But having the portray on cameras that two tenants have an apartment with lots of benefits and hosting others when in reality it wouldn’t be that easy ( this is a very big apartment and I would say that it is more than 900€ rental per month ) , I don’t think Zabava and Esmi could financially support such an apartment off cameras . As said also , maybe RLC doesn’t want to “ give “ an example on how the apartments could be ( tenants hosting people for indefinite amounts of time ) . The mention of the ex Martina’s / Alberto’s apartment and that it was shut by RLC is a good theory though , let’s see .

This was even one of my theories on why Zab and Harley lost the last apartment. Zab was constantly yelling on the phone and when Dipshit visited her they had a big fight so much so that Dipshit threw Zab on the ground. We know that the neighbors from this current apartment were also complaining and they had another fight last week, IIRC. Probably that was last drop.

Let’s see if suddenly Esmi appears faster back after this development and to be honest , I think that Zabava will manage to get an apartment once again , RLC considers her a good tenant in my opinion .

Actually, from all the conversation that I got, bringing Dipshit to Barcelona was all Zab's idea. Zab didn't even consult Esmi about him moving in. In reality, Dipshit wanted Zab to move to Germany to live with him and get a German citizenship so that she could get the money that the German government gives to the refugees. But Zab didn't want to move there because she wants to live in a warm weather and close to the beach. Dipshit doesn't like Spain and especially Barcelona. He complains all the time. Even last week, Dipshit confronted Zab because she's too attached to this "comfort zone", implying that he wanted her to leave the project. In Germany , money is much much better , the government benefits any legal immigrant with money that no other European country does but … it isn’t sunny and warm and even the people have a lot to do with mostly thinking of work than enjoy themselves ( apart from Munich who see and live life a bit different 😁 ) . It isn’t a surprise that from the 85-90 million of Germany’s population , around 15 are people from different countries , the Turkish people have whole communities and millions of people and also thousands of Greeks . The war has also made Germany to welcome millions of Ukrainians but exactly as you say , this isn’t for Zabava. One day - and when this relationship ends - I hope that Zabava can take all the lessons and experiences learned and use them to find a guy who can respect , admire and “ honor “ her for the person who really is , a nice , warm feelings and “ woman for the house “ let’s say , taking care of her partner and doing things for him . Till this happens , she will be go many ups and downs and lots of arguments and tears and “ fuck you Denis “ moments , the question remains if this “ journey “ will continue on cameras or will be “ invisible “ for us . And by the way , Esmi’s not interference rather than watching her sister sinking in a loop without actual positive happenings , it is also part of her mistakes as the older sister ( but then she’s also a girl who has given a big ❌to the male population 😁).

The way I see it , if Esmi and mother can’t “ influence “ the young child of what’s right for her and what’s wrong living all together , then it is either Zabava’s reaction to prove them wrong in the process of time kind of “ look , you are totally wrong for Denis and he will prove it one day to both of you “ or is just a reaction as WE all children have to our parents ( and brothers / sisters when we share a good relationship with them ) when they were telling us that “ this isn’t right and a mistake “ but we would mostly and often do the opposite so as to show them that we are the “ rulers “ of our lives ( gradually , most of the times , parents / sisters / brothers would prove correct of course 😂 because they see things calmly and not living the toxicity ) . About Esmi i have my own theory of how she’s is as a person , I think her potential is really big but I think she has decided to blame everyone and everything ( well at least for the majority of things happening in her life ) rather than seeing how she has been doing in her own life decisions. Not being able to recognize your part of the story and most of the times thinking that it is all a mistake from the other side , well , you can never improve yourself . A nice woman , no dating , most of the times looking serious and not smiley , no matter what we say for Zabava but she’s for sure a more “ southern “ mentality person in her actions and reactions .
