You can modify the post to put something different in it as long as it's done within a certain time frame before no more changes can be made. If you just wish to remove what was posted just modify the post and just edit it with a period or comma. After that time period passes and you can no longer make the change and wish something to be removed just send a PM to Admin or a Moderator and they can delete the post if you wish.
