He just can't show more affection to Aya because of his issues, and not because of their "status" as a couple. I've been myself, sometimes, in one of those "friends with benefits" relationships, and I've always treated my partner the same way I treat a regular girlfriend, except the exclusivity. But the affection, kisses and stuff are the same. Nothing stops Brandon to do the same, and after the RLC stay, "good luck in your future life". But I get your point: you give your opinion about Brandon based on the premise that he is a normal person, so you can't understand his behavior. A normal person solves his issues with Aya on the second day, maybe after the first week if he's clumsy: Flowers, some small present and kisses and hugs overload. But he's not normal to me. And about the gossip part (Brandon gay or not, if they are just a set-up couple and stuff), yesterday Jen and Vivi from B1 were comenting about that. Obviously Jen's source is Veronica, who told her all the gossips Buki was spreading about Brandon and Aya since he met them. He said to Vero, on the first day, that Brandon is gay and they are not a couple, so that's what she was repeating to everybody. Then, when she knew that Brandon fucks Aya's brains out some times, she changed Brandon status from gay to bisexual. But the rest of the gossip remains the same. That's why Jen has hopes with Brandon, even if she knows about him just by pics and videos. She knows Veronica's gossip version: Aya and Brandon are just "a couple for the project" (she said literally that, in spanish), just partners "to make onlyfans content", with no exclusivity at all...
