Rowena and Dragomir, Dasha/Sasha/Nancy. All the same block of flats.

I don't know where they are! But they're in the same block.

A, A/M, & D/S/N are in the same building.   It is believed D/R are in a neighboring building or at least within walking distance.

To tell the truth, watching the balcony view, it seems the same.

A general question: why the 24 hrs replay always ends about 20 mins before actual time, so that the last 20 mins are not immediately available? For example, now is 5.06 pm, but the replay available stops at 4.46pm.

There's always a delay on Replay. It used to be 10 minutes but now as you say it's 20. So you just have to wait for a while to re-watch anything.
