There is nothing wrong with either, they all need to work together to be part of a solution and not the problem. It no longer matters how Tanya is/was with her ways, but Jen has now essentially put a barrier up between them and they will both likely now see red flags. Tanya would be better in B2 or even B4 away from at least Jen.

Regardless of whether she has problems or isn't feeling ok living there, she still has to realize she's not living alone. And even if she was, she wasn't gonna live in a messy house. She's a grown adult, not an immature kid.
