Have faith .. and be patient .. like anything in life , it is all ups and downs . Barcelona will be fine again , we are just not fortune tellers to see through the crystal ball and predict the future .

RLC is a big company , there’s no way that they aren’t going to “ protect “ their business . They will bring the ship again in “ quiet seas “ , it just takes a bit more time this time .

Summer is usually when they bring their "big guns". Jan/Feb is when they test promising tenants. We will have to wait and see.

I still trust in Lavika. With better company, the sky is the limit.

I hope you are right, but it seems to get worse every time.

That stopped being a reality a long time ago. They don't treat summer any differently from any other time of year. There's no tenant strategy, their only priority is filling rooms with anyone who's available... and even at that, they're painfully lazy, which is exactly why the average stay is almost a year now. They milk it until the very last drop since putting effort into finding new girls is clearly too much for them

Regarding Lavika, the most we can realistically hope for is that she finds a steady hookup and that the guy is willing to be shown on camera. I don't expect even 1% of what her previous stay was like. I agree with what someone wrote, she's in her 30s now, more mature, her priorities are different. She's a manager at some establishment and works all day, almost every day of the week. She no longer fits what the GOV context is supposed to be

RLC has always had up and downs, one is up, the other is down. Its been like that since I began here, as have complaints about how bad things are at RLC. Lots of places of the past (including the Russian days) had dead uninteresting periods but then had come-backs with some great periods we reminisce about.

Having said that, RLC's venture in using  "vacation" style places for locals is HORRIBLY FLAWED. Anyone here ever rent a vacation home in your own town? 😅 But something made RLC take this route. I expect when investors tune in and see dead vacation villas most weekends too often they will insist on a changes.

I agree with Lavika , the tenant who joins is very “ crucial “ for B2 to resurrect gradually .

Yes , you are absolutely right and with very good reasons to justify .

I have been one of the people here supporting very much the idea to hire locals , I started being quite “ vocal “ with this idea  after the first year of the war when it started becoming obvious that RLC had problems to recruit , they started slowly fill in the apartments ONLY with Ukrainians ( they had either returnee Russians in apartments or Russians who live years in Spain as they couldn’t bring Russians anymore , they even created Montenegro hub as a “ shelter “ for the Russians and in my opinion a country that they will invest a lot in the future since it will allow them to continue with Russians ) , I explained the reasons back then that I considered  very reasonable and I was even wondering why they haven’t done so earlier , even during Covid which was really really difficult to have changes . And then it started happening and , pfff , the results so far are a disaster .

I always thought that the apartments since they would be rent free and not the same obligations like the ones in the “ real life “ , we could see friends , parties , new people who might become the new “ Brunos “ for example and why not , new “ Martinas “ discoveries or even “ Albertos “ . I was so so so wrong . It happened the opposite , the apartments are being used so far as “ escape rooms “ from the real life of the local tenants joining RLC , especially this current cast , it is beyond words .

I can’t believe as I said that RLC isn’t watching or the people who take decisions haven’t seen the issues appeared . I am waiting from RLC to show the they have learned from this with future decisions , let’s see .

It will get worse and we can post it as soon as we get the new tenant(s) in B2 and see how they are . At the moment , we got a Ukrainian that was moved fast in B5 and for me , is a very very interesting character , artistic talent , very nice thoughts and ideas discussing with the girls , I speak for Gelia of course . It is a girl that in a way shows what these current tenants lack and I said it again , depth of characters . Let’s see who is gonna be joining and we can make better conclusions .

👍 Of course it’s easy for me to make my statements after the fact. 🙂 But the trend is getting easier to see now

B2 really needs a third tenant. It's very quiet here lately. Love Lavika and Zoe (if she is there) but it's a bit boring now.

I long for those nice parties from the beginning of the year.

B2 may as well close along with B1 ...eye candy but all of them are boring to be fair.

It seems ages ago. B2 will never be like that again.

Nobody can say this because whilst it's easy to base this on previous tenants and events then of course it's just an opinion.
